Chocolate Butter Icing

4 oz margarine
8 oz icing sugar
2 oz milk chocolate, melted
2 tsp milk

Beat the margarine till soft.
Beat in icing sugar, melted chocolate and milk.
Makes enough for one layer of a 7''x11'' cake.

Water Icing

5 oz icing sugar
2 1/2 tbsp boiling water

Dissolve the icing sugar in the boiling water.
Makes enough for one layer of a 7''x11'' cake.
