Cheese Straws

4oz self raising flour
pinch mustard
2oz margarine
3oz cheddar cheese
1 egg

Sift together flour, salt and mustard.
Rub in margarine.
Mix in grated cheese and make a stiff paste with beaten egg.
Flour the working surface and rolling pin.
Roll out very thinly and cut into fingers.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 180C (Gas Mark 4) for 15 to 20 minutes.
