Chocolate Fairy Cakes

(makes 12)

4 oz margarine
4 oz sugar
2 eggs
3 oz Self Raising flour
1 oz cocoa powder

Put 12 cake cases in a bun tin.

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Beat in eggs one at a time adding 1 tbsp flour with each.
Sieve remaining flour into the mixture and beat in.

Transfer to bun tin.
Bake at 190 (Gas Mark 5) for 20-25 minutes until well risen and golden.
Cool on a wire rack.
