Chocolate Mousse

(serves 4-6, keeps in fridge for a few days)

90g plain chocolate
50ml fresh milk
150ml whipping cream

Break up chocolate and add milk
Melt slowly in the microwave.
(If not using a micro-wave don't add the hot milk until the chocolate has melted)
Leave to cool.

Whip 150ml (5 fl oz) cream until softly stiff.
Fold into cool chocolate mixture.

Serving suggestion: serve with strawberries and more cream.
