2 bananas
2 pears
4 tablespoons runny honey
grated chocolate
Heat the griddle pan
Core and cut the pear into quarters
Put the unpeeled bananas still in their skins onto the pan for 10 minutes, turning constantly.
Cook the pears on the griddle pan for 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
When the bananas have cooked the skins will be black. Peel and cut in half endways.
Serve the pearss and bananas with drizzled honey and grated chocolate.
Alternatively serve with chocolate sauce.
