Potato Moussaka

Leftover Roast Lamb (Diced) or Minced Lamb
1 Onion
Trex
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
5 Potatoes
1/2 pt cheese sauce

Fry lamb and chopped onion in a little Trex.
Drain off and discard excess fat.
Add Worcestershire Sauce.
Put into a dish and top with boiled and sliced potatoes.
Cover with half a pint of runny cheese sauce.
Bake at Gas Mark 5 for half an hour.
