Quaker Crumble

1 lb cooking apples
4 oz margarine
3 oz sugar
2 oz sultanas
3 oz soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 oz Quaker oats (porridge oats)

Fry apples in half the margarine for 7 mins until nearly soft.
Stir in white sugar and sultanas and turn into a casserole dish.
Melt remaining margarine in a pan.
Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon and oats.
Mix well then sprinkle over apples.
Bake at Gas mark 5 for 25 mins until oats are crisp.
