Barbecue Vegetarian Kebabs

(makes at least 4 kebabs)

1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 courgette
1 tin pineapple chunks
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce

Soak wooden kebab sticks in water so they don't burn.
Cut all vegetables into chunks and thread them onto the sticks.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a cup and drizzle them over the kebabs.
Twist tin foil onto the ends of each stick.
Barbecue for 10 minutes.
